Domestic EPC’s
An Energy Performance Certificate is required by law to sell or rent a property. Once an EPC has been produced it is valid for 10 years. In some cases it is advised to have a new certificate produced where substantial changes have been made to a property such as, new extensions or upgraded heating systems. Rental properties are required on the most part to be at least an E rating on their EPC.
Non-Domestic EPC’s

BRUKL Reports
A BRUKL report is used to make sure a notional building will meet Building Regulations before its construction. This is vital during the design and planning stage to ensure all aspects of the buildings fabric and its internal / external systems comply with regulations. Gaining compliance before construction begins is essential to reduce unnecessary costs.
